  • Can I bring personal belongings into the spa?

    Please do not bring valuables to the spa. Ocean Spa shall not be liable for ANY loss of personal items, even if stored in our lockers.
  • Are there any service charges?

    A Facility Fee of 2%, which is retained by the Spa, is added to all Service Checks. For your convenience, a discretionary gratuity of 18% will also be added to the check. Gratuity is provided at the discretion of the guest and is based on satisfaction with the services provided. All gratuities are paid in full to the service providers.
  • Do you sell gift cards to the spa?

    Yes. Whatever the occasion, spoil your friends, family or co-workers with a remarkable Key Largo spa experience. All gift card sales are final.
  • How old do you have to be for using the spa?

    Minors may receive salon services while with an adult in the Spa. Minors may only receive spa services if over the age of 15 and accompanied by a parent or guardian during the treatment.
  • What amenities do I get access to?

    Access to our spa's amenities, including use of wet areas, lounge, and lockers is reserved for guests receiving spa treatments. If you are not receiving a service, access to amenities can be purchased at $25 for guests of the Resort.
  • Are there refunds for treatments or products?

    All sales are final, unopened items can be exchanged at our boutique.
  • Do you have any spa packages?

    Yes. Check out our Bubbles and Bliss Package. Miami and Key locals also enjoy an additional 10% off spa services year-round at Ocean Spa- just present your valid ID to the spa desk at check out.
  • What is Ocean Spa’s Cancellation Policy?

    We require a credit card for all appointments and at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation to avoid being charged the full price for your treatment. Groups of five or more require 72 hours' notice.
  • When should I arrive at the spa?

    We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of your scheduled treatment to allow time to check in and lounge in our relaxation area. Please arrive on time for treatments. Unfortunately, we will need to shorten your treatment if we have another guest scheduled after you.
